Led by IFI Head of Food and Beverage Julien Caillabet, formerly of Les Frères Jacques, the IFI Café Bar selects the finest seasonal produce for its menus, ensuring the freshest flavours are available all year round.

Established dinner menu favourites such as Linguine with Garlic Chilli Prawns and the iconic IFI Burger are now joined by a delicious new Vegetarian Lasagne (€12.50), Stir-Fry Beef with Pak Choi (€13.50), and Warm Summer Vegetable Salad with Crispy Parmesan Polenta (€12.50). For those with a sweet tooth, our indulgent Mango Jelly, Coconut Ice-Cream and Passionfruit Salsa dessert (€6.00) is certain to hit the spot.
