* Concession Membership is available to you if you are a Third Level Student, over 65, Unwaged, eligible for Disability Allowance, a member of Irish Equity, or HSE Staff. PURCHASE OR RENEW IFI MEMBERSHIP:

Buy your new IFI Membership online and collect your IFI Membership card and free ticket from the IFI Box Office when you are next in. You can also renew your expired IFI Membership by logging in online here, your current card will be renewed and you can collect your free ticket from IFI Box Office when you are next in. You can also purchase membership at the IFI Box Office, IFI Film Shop, over the phone on: (01) 679 3477, or email boxoffice@irishfilm.ie with your contact details and we will contact you to process your membership over the phone. IFI Box Office is open from 12:30 – 21:00, 7 days a week. Gift Membership Cards are also available from IFI Box Office over the phone or in person.

REGISTER YOUR IFI MEMBERSHIP:

Important for new members: If your new IFI Membership was purchased at IFI Box Office you will need to register it online the first time you use the website as a member, you can do that here: click Create Account, then click Activate Account (please note that there must be an email address or telephone number saved to your membership account in order to register online, if neither was added when you purchased it please contact boxoffice@irishfilm.ie with your details).

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF IFI MEMBERSHIP

• Please note IFI Membership is for over 18s only. Under 18s can accompany an IFI Member to unclassified films with appropriate age recommendation.
• IFI Membership is valid for a year from the date of sign up. Memberships cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• IFI Members can avail of a maximum of 2 membership discounted tickets per screening. Additional tickets may be purchased at full price. Membership discounted tickets are not available for certain events such as 70mm screenings, or other free list suspended events.
• IFI Members receive 6 loyalty points for every €1 spent on cinema tickets, and 4 loyalty points for every €1 spent in the IFI Café Bar, IFI Film Shop, and on IFI Box Office popcorn and drinks purchases. Exclusions apply.
• Loyalty points can only be collected and used with active IFI Memberships. Expired members must renew their account to avail of any previously collected loyalty points.
• Loyalty points can be used to purchase cinema tickets once you have the required amount. 1 loyalty point = 1 cent of a cinema ticket (therefore a ticket that costs €10.00 can be exchanged for 1000 loyalty points). The full value of the ticket must be exchanged for loyalty points, partial exchanges are not possible. Certain screenings are excluded from loyalty points exchange, such as 70mm screenings, and other free list suspended events.
• IFI Members receive 1560 loyalty points on sign-up and renewal (1300 loyalty points for Concession Members) These can be exchanged for a complimentary cinema ticket online or with the IFI Box Office. Additional points left over after exchanging for a complimentary ticket will remain on your account and once enough points are built up, can be exchanged for further complimentary tickets.
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for certain screenings, such as 70mm screenings, or other free list suspended events.
• You must produce your IFI Membership card at the IFI Café Bar & IFI Film Shop in order to avail of discounts and to collect points on purchases.
• Replacement IFI Membership cards can be collected at the IFI Box Office for a €2 processing fee. Cards on sign-up and renewing your account at the IFI Box Office are not subject to a fee.
