TERMS & CONDITIONS OF IFI FRIENDS

• IFI Friend Membership is valid for a year from the date of sign up. Friend memberships cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• IFI Premiere Friends can avail of a maximum of 2 membership discounted tickets per screening. All other IFI Friend tiers can avail of a maximum of 4 membership discounted tickets per screening. Additional tickets may be purchased at full price. Membership discounted tickets are not available for certain events such as 70mm screenings, or other free list suspended events.
• IFI complimentary ticket vouchers are valid for all standard releases, 7 days a week, any time. Not valid for festival screenings, 70mm screenings, or other free list suspended events.
• IFI Friends receive 6 loyalty points for every €1 spent on cinema tickets, and 4 loyalty points for every €1 spent in the IFI Café Bar, IFI Film Shop, and on IFI Box Office popcorn and drinks purchases. Exclusions apply.
  Loyalty points can only be collected and used with active IFI Memberships & Friends. Expired members & friends must renew their account to avail of any previously collected loyalty points.
• Loyalty points can be used to purchase cinema tickets once you have the required amount. 1 loyalty point = 1 cent of a cinema ticket (therefore a ticket that costs €10.00 can be exchanged for 1000 loyalty points). The full value of the ticket must be exchanged for loyalty points, partial exchanges are not possible. Certain screenings are excluded from loyalty points exchange, such as 70mm screenings, and other free list suspended events.
• You must produce your IFI Friend card at the IFI Café Bar & IFI Film Shop in order to avail of discounts and to collect points on purchases.
• Replacement IFI Friend cards can be collected at the IFI Box Office for a €2 processing fee. Cards on sign-up and renewing your account at the IFI Box Office are not subject to a fee.
• Please note IFI Friend Membership is for over 18s only. Under 18s can accompany an IFI Friend to unclassified films with appropriate age recommendation.
