The IFI is proud to once again partner with mental health charity First Fortnight for a series of screenings both at the IFI and nationwide.
On January 6th, we will screen Lana Wilson’s The Departure about a punk turned Buddhist priest in Japan who finds himself finds himself at an existential crosswords. This screening will be preceded by award-winning Irish short Throwline.
On January 13th, we will screen Hope Litoff’s 32 Pills, a moving documentary about siblings in the aftermath of a tragic event. This screening will be preceded by the short film Hum.
IFI National will also be touring Nick Kelly’s The Drummer and the Keeper, a heartwarming story of the unlikely friendship between two young men. Click here for the full list of venues.
