Luca Guadagnino’s Call Me By Your Name is set to release on October 27th, and a new clip has arrived today.
The film is the story of 17 year-old Elio (Timothée Chalamet) who is spending the summer in Lombardy with his parents. His father (Michael Stuhlbarg) hires a student to help with his research, who arrives in the form of 24-year-old American Oliver (Armie Hammer). The pair grow closer in this languorous, intoxicatingly sensual love story, based on the novel by André Aciman.
Ahead of the release of Call Me By Your Name on October 27th at the Irish Film Institute, a new clip has arrived online. It features Hammer’s Oliver enjoying some music in 1980s France.
The track is “Love My Way” by The Psychedelic Furs, in case you were wondering.
Call Me By Your Name is out on October 27th, tickets will go on sale on October 23rd here.
