Meetings with Ivor arrives at the IFI on Friday the 10th of February, when we welcome back director Alan Gilsenan and subject Professor Ivor Browne for a special post-screening Q&A.
The film centres on Browne who has been a leading light in the field of mental health in Ireland for decades. Now aged 87, he reflects on his life and work, with contributions from the likes of Tommy Tiernan, Sebastian Barry, Tom Murphy and Mary Coughlan.

A challenging and timely film, Meetings with Ivor will screen daily from the 10th of February 2017, with tickets now on sale for early shows on the 10th and 11th. Tickets for all further screenings will be available from the 6th of February. Book now.
The film is also set to open at the Eye Cinema Galway on the 10th of February.
