Join us at the IFI Café Bar for a very special tasting evening on Thursday 20th at 19.30. Sample a fine selection of
prosecco and rosé, served with delicious tapas including smoked salmon, fried shrimp, and parmesan and pecorino cheeses.

Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese
Paired with Prosecco Frizzante (from Italy)
Fresh and well-structured, harmonious, with distinct aromas of fruits and flowers.

Smoked Salmon
Paired with Cava Brut (from Spain)
Full of fruity flavours such as green apple and fresh herbs, combined with notes of white flowers and citrus. The wine is bright with a fine and persistent bubbles, well balanced acidity and a fruity aftertaste.

Fried Shrimp
Paired with Rosé Crémant de Limoux Grand Cuvée (from France)
Rich and well-balanced, with notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. End on a lingering and refreshing finish.

Grilled Chicken Skewers
Paired with PradoRey Ribera del Duero Rosé (from Spain)
Delicious, creamy and full of nuances. Long, persistent mouthfeel with a multitude of aromas on the finish. Notes of forest berries and vanilla.

Brie or Grilled Halloumi with Strawberries & Balsamic reduction
Paired with Domaine de L’Abbaye Saint-Hilaire Rose (from France)
Round, soft and pleasant with good length. Aromas of white peach and pineapple followed by mineral notes and red fruits.
