Alive, Alive O looks at Dublin street traders, a group whose greatest champion was Tony Gregory. It chronicles how an extraordinary culture becomes increasingly overshadowed by the scourge of heroin and the closing of marketplaces. There is some captivating footage of the maverick Gregory around the time he went to jail in support of the Moore Street traders.
