This beautiful animation in the steampunk sci-fi style, features a young girl, April, voiced by Marion Cotillard. Though set in 1941, France is stuck in the 19th century. There are no technological advancements and the country is running on steam. People, including April’s parents, are vanishing in mysterious circumstances. With her talking cat, Darwin, and a street-sharp boy, Julius, April sets out to find them, encountering mystery and dangers along the way.
