In 2019, IFI is undertaking a much-needed renovation of its 18th century building – a former Quaker Meeting House in Temple Bar where it has been situated since 1992.
This work includes major renovations to two of our cinemas, including new seats, floors and acoustic panelling, as well as vital structural work. We have been fortunate to receive some grant support towards the €1 million cost of this work but are looking raise some of the money ourselves with a new crowdfunding campaign, live now on Indiegogo at this link and would really appreciate your support.
Perks range from our deepest thanks for €10 to the much coveted IFI Platinum Card, giving you entry to every screening at the IFI, for €500. Every contribution helps us get closer to our goal, and gives allows us to continue being the Home of Film in Ireland for many years to come.
