The Irish Schools Video competition is run as partr of the Fresh Film Festival in Limerick each April. It welcomes entries from shcools and other school attending individuals or groups working in the medium of video. Entries can be in any genre – fiction, documentary, animation etc. and of not more than 30mins duration.

The showcase at the Irish Film Centre will provide and opportunity to view a selection of entries and winners from previous years. Following the screenings some of the film makers will be present to discuss their projects. Admission to this event is free. Booking – through fiieducation – is essential as places are limited.
