A rerun of the very popular filmed theatre event, with follow-up discussion. Written by Michael J Harnett, it features excellent performances from the original theatre cast, including Noni Stapleton as Mona, the eldest daughter, who discovers a family secret and confronts her terminally-ill father (IFTA nominated Vinnie McCabe). After repeatedly denying any knowledge of the reality, Da finally admits to the painful truth, in this powerful exploration of the trauma that can surface when life is drawing towards its final scene.
