In 1973, no detailed biography on the life of the philosopher existed, so Radax collected all internationally published reports on Wittgenstein from 1970 to 1975 and interviewed friends and associates. This material was then worked into a radical form which combines documentary and fictional representations of Wittgenstein’s complex ideas. The film also provides some understanding of Wittgenstein the man a desperately unhappy odd man out, never completely at ease with his colleagues and friends.
