With little more than an outrageous haircut and a borrowed name, Ming (aka Luke Flanagan) has conducted a one-man struggle against the orthodoxy of the Irish political system.
For his trouble, he has been arrested and strip-searched, brought before the courts four times, and imprisoned or a total of 14 days. His crime? A high profile campaign to legalise cannabis, his drug of choice.
