Fred projects an image of a happy, prosperous man with the perfect life. But he is living a lie. Meanwhile, his daughter Emma is a troubled young woman who equates happiness and success with wealth and fame. Although he clearly can’t afford it, Fred promises to contribute to the purchase of a car for his daughter on condition that Emma must earn some of the money. What lengths will she go to in order to get the money?

Ivan Kavanagh offers a devastating look at the new Irish family and a timely critique on the death of the Celtic Tiger.Bookings: 01 672 8861 www.jdiff.com
