R.L. Stine, creator of the Goosebumps series, penned the 2012 book which was adapted for this comedy horror, starring Dan Ackroyd and Chevy Chase.

Wacky and weird, as you would expect, with comic and scary moments, the action is set in Carverville, home of master zombie filmmaker, Len Carver, who agrees to come out of retirement for his new film on Halloween night. The day before, teens Amy and Mike find a mysterious film can and, watching the contents, they realise it has the power to zombify the town.

The pair have to find the filmmaker and get through the gathering crowds of undead in order to break the curse.
