Following much controversy and problems with distribution, rock legend Rob Zombie’s electrifying tribute to 1970s horror movies finally arrives to close proceedings at this year’s ‘Horrorthon’. It’s 1977, and two couples travelling across America stumble upon Captain Spaulding’s ‘Museum of Monsters and Madmen’, which in turn leads them to a house of horrors where they are held captive and terrorised by a sadistic family of cannibal freaks led by deranged matriarch Karen Black. Corpses is a treat for fans of Rob Zombie and extreme horror movies.
