Limerick-based Fresh Film Festival promotes the work of young filmmakers under the age of 18 years. Hundreds of young filmmakers enter the Fresh Film Festival in the hope of winning the title of Ireland’s Young Filmmaker of the Year and every year some of these films are showcased at festivals and events all over the world. 

This showcase of a selection of 2014 winners highlights the best of young people’s filmmaking in Ireland. During the event you’ll also have the chance to hear from the award-winning filmmakers and participate in a Q&A session. If you plan to make a film, enter Ireland’s Young Filmmaker of the year 2015 or just love watching films made by talented young filmmakers, this is the place to be!
