This month’s programme continues our celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment by Fr. Joe Dunn of Radharc Films, the company which made over 400 films in 75 countries and produced consistently insightful, often radical work. The films explored social, political and religious issues and frequently gave voice to the marginalised and the oppressed.

PROGRAMME 4: THE TRAVELLERS OF MURPHY VILLAGE
A community of Irish Travellers who have settled in South Carolina, U.S.A.

Other programmes in November’s series:

PROGRAMME 1: HONESTY AT THE FAIR
A wry look at farmers and their trading practices at a busy country fair.

PROGRAMME 2: DOWN AND OUT IN DUBLIN
The plight of the homeless on Dublin’s city streets.

PROGRAMME 3: TURKANA
