Breathnach is an award-winning producer and director of documentary and feature films including the hugely popular Irish features I Went Down and Man About Dog.

In this film, A Stone of the Heart, the precocious behaviour of a six-year-old child causes her grandfather to make an inappropriate choice when buying the dress in which his wife is to be buried.
