Low-budget zombie action flick The Horde, the first film by directing duo Yannick Dahan and Benjamin Rocher, has been dividing genre fans since its official world premiere at the Venice Film Festival. Set on the outskirts of Paris, the film centres on four corrupt cops out for vengeance after the gangland slaying of a fellow police officer. They soon find themselves in trouble, trapped and cornered in the mobster’s hideout. Then the chaos really kicks-off as hordes of cannibalistic zombies invade the building thirsting for the blood of both gangster and cop. Could happen, right?

The latest addition to France’s New Wave of Horror (Mutants, Frontiere(s), Inside… et al) is relentlessly violent, very bloody and not for the faint of heart. You have been warned!
