The IFI Open Day isn’t just one of the highlights of every film fan’s year, it’s also one of our favourite events as it’s our opportunity to show audiences old and new all that the IFI has to offer!

By joining us for a day of FREE screenings on Saturday, June 14th – from sneak previews to old favourites, Irish films to classics – cinema-goers of all ages and tastes can get a flavour of the wide breadth of films that the IFI shows throughout the year. With 12 free screenings, including our audiences’ top feature from the last year, there will be something for everyone. 

Perhaps you’ve never visited us in Temple Bar, or you’ve been away for a little while? Well, let us show you what awaits you – whether it’s a movie in one of our three cinema screens, a slap-up meal in the IFI Café Bar or finally finding that special DVD in the IFI Film Shop – all are open to new audiences and customers.

What’s more, you can also sign up for IFI Membership at a discounted rate throughout the day, meaning you can avail of free  cinema tickets, previews and discounts all year long! 

The IFI is for everyone so join us in the spirit of us throwing open our doors and enjoy a day that will cost you nothing!
