October 4th 2021: The Irish Film Institute (IFI) is proud to have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Bronze Award from the Irish Centre for Diversity, Ireland’s only Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) performance accreditation, supported by both IBEC and the DCU Centre for Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion.
The Investors in Diversity programme recognises Equality, Diversity and Inclusion efforts and commitment from businesses and supports the journey of continuous improvement by providing a framework to transform practices and culture.
Achieving the Investors in Diversity Bronze award shows that the IFI has built a strong foundation in embedding Diversity and Inclusion into wider organisation systems. The award demonstrates that the organisation systems in place pave a firm foundation of policy and process to support a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.
The IFI would like to thank its stakeholders, internal and external, who have contributed to the standard achieved, and who have contributed to the success of the organisation’s Diversity and Inclusion standards. The IFI look forward to working with the Irish Centre for Diversity over the coming years and continuing their journey to further awards.
