Young Media Explorers Wanted!

We are looking for a group of young people to become ‘Media Explorers’ and help us plan and deliver our Family Festival. If you have a passion for film and media and would like to get involved then this could be for you!

What is a YME?

A YME likes to spend time watching, chatting and learning about film and media. A YME also likes to have fun with technology.

YMEs will:

• Explore all aspects of our film festival
• Learn about world cinema
• Use new technologies
• Create and produce a short promo video
• Plan & programme a pop-up event at the festival
• Gain new skills and engage in teamwork

Think you can do it? We are looking for young people who:

• Can work collaboratively as part of a large team
• Can commit to our Family Festival (17-20 July) and a week-long project in July (7-11)
