A running battle between a pet shop owner and his mischievous pets grows dark in this animated short. Refusing to be sold, the animals play dead every time a customer enters the shop; with dust building in his cash register the owner searches for a way to turn his animals’ scheme on its head. Made with what proves to be a wicked sense of humour Pet Hate employs a digital animation style provided by director Andy Clarke.
