When wild teen Kevin Coyle accidentally causes a tragic incident he does something seemingly unforgivable: he keeps the tragedy a secret. Kevin must watch in horror as the consequences of his lie unfold before his eyes, with the sparrow he keeps locked in his room being the only living soul he can confess to. As events inevitably escalate out of his control, Kevin is forced to confront the truth in the most dramatic of fashions. Finally, Kevin must look to his father to provide the thing he needs most: the possibility of forgiveness. Notes courtesy of Screen Ireland
