An exploration of Irish musician Áine Tyrrell’s journey as she plays Australia's largest folk festival, Woodford Festival, just north of Brisbane with her new band over New Year’s Eve 2019/20. She has emigrated to Australia, partly to escape domestic violence and partly to start a new chapter in her life with her three children. She buys a 1966 Bedford bus with which to tour Australia, performing concerts along the way, passing on her Irish language and culture to her family, and respecting and absorbing the Aboriginal heritage of her adopted land.
