A heartfelt documentary that explores the definitions, connections and commonalities of what it means to be lesbian. Through interviews and group discussions with all facets of the Irish LGBTQI+ community, the film delves into the lives of rural and urban lesbians, poets, writers, activists, self-professed bar dykes, and queer and curious women. Gathering the personal stories of lesbians involved in many of the organisations that have grown the community into its present standing, the film tells tales of coming out, experiences of homophobia, and the varied types of activism that offer a kaleidoscope of the richness of the Irish lesbian community.
