The story of one man’s dream to build a whiskey distillery in the Highlands of Donegal is a a journey that begins in Hong Kong and finishes in the homeland of his parents who, like many, were forced to emigrate to England in search of work. This is no mere physical journey, but a deep-rooted desire to belong to one place, to find his true home. At the centre of this is the strikingly beautiful building he has constructed to house the family distillery.
