Róise & Frank

Director: Rachael Moriarty,
Peter Murphy

Róise is still grieving for her husband, two years after his sudden death. When a stray dog appears on her doorstep it takes her a while to realise who the mysterious animal is — could it be her late husband Frank? Frank has returned to be with Róise, his true love, and to continue to coach the under-13 hurling team. While most people accept the new reality, some are unwilling to go along with the ‘delusion’ of Frank O’Meara’s reincarnation as a dog.

Tá Róise fós faoi bhrón ag bás tobann a fear chéile, Frank, dhá bhliain ó shin. Tagann madra mistéireach chuig a teach lá amháin, agus tar éis tamaill tugann sí faoi deara gurb é Frank atá tagtha ar ais chuici, ach i bhfoirm madra. D’fhill sé le bheith i gcomhluadar leis a ghrágeal, Róise; agus chun an fhoireann iománaíochta faoi 13 a thraenáil. Glacann formhór na ndaoine leis an madra seo agus leis an smaoineamh gur ‘Frank’ atá ann, ach tá roinnt daoine nach aontaíonn leo. Is scéal grá é Róise & Frank atá suite i nGaeltacht na Rinne i gContae Phort Láirge.
