MR GARECH’S COOK (Mr Garechs Koch)

A day in the life of chef Eddy McNamara, an opera-loving chef employed by Garech Brown (founder of Claddagh Records) at the Luggala Estate in Co Wicklow. Today he prepares an elaborate meal for guests Vietnamese artist Ducmanh, and Paddy Moloney and the Chieftains, here to rehearse their next record. He is “not always in agreement with the goings-on in the house”.
