Moondance

A romantic, humorous, rite-of-passage drama largely set in contemporary rural Ireland, Moondanceis a story about falling in love for the very first time and charts the relationship between Dominic and Patrick, two young brothers who fall in love with Anya, who is visiting Ireland for the summer. The boys’ idyllic lifestyle begins to change with the arrival of Anya as they each develop a romantic attachment to her and their emotional lives descend into confusion and turmoil. What follows is a refreshingly honest, entertaining film about the enduring nature of love and its power to transform lives.
