Taking its cue from ‘70s-style grindhouse, Death Ranch follows the misadventures of a trio of African-American siblings on the run from police who, unfortunately for them, choose as their hideout a secluded ranch owned by a cannibalistic chapter of the Ku Klux Klan. Cornered, the three must defend themselves.
