To get you in the mood for our opening film, join RTÉjr’s Clara Murray as she finds a way around the rainforest, creating some minibeast mayhem along the way and Dr Jenny McIlwaine and colleagues from the Trinity College botany department will be along too, plus Gill Weyman will be bringing ladybirds to the lobby! Minuscule – Mandibles from Far Away
This dazzling adventure featuring a cast of gorgeously animated insects is sure to have you buzzing. When a daddy ladybird discovers his young son is missing, he brings together his old insect crew to help in the search. The errant insect meanwhile has landed on a patch of rainforest in Guadeloupe that is at risk of destruction. The rescue squad hatch an elaborate plan to rescue junior and save the rainforest too.
