Comedian Alison Spittle will present this hit 1980s comedy.

Eddie Murphy plays pampered African Prince Akeem whose parents want him to marry, but agree to give him forty days of unspoilt freedom in the US. Pronouncing it ‘one of Eddie Murphy’s last good films’, Alison will talk about the 80s comedy, how Murphy manages to appear genial and genuinely funny using gags, slapstick, and great effects to take on various roles with his sidekick, Arsenio Hall.
