PROGRAMME 1: By Accident (+ Screening in the Rain) This early avant-garde work, much admired by Jack B. Yeats who attended several screenings in the Peacock Theatre in 1930, is an elliptical tale of a young man’s sombre reflections on his life filmed from the top of Nelson’s Pillar. These screenings take place at lunchtime on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a double bill on Saturdays. Please check at the IFI Box Office or here for times. See also Programme 2 in this month’s series.
