A joyous, love-themed double bill from Magic Light, including their latest Scheffler/Donaldson adaptation, The Scarecrows’ Wedding, with the voices of Jessie Buckey (Betty) and Domhnall Gleeson (Harry) as two scarecrows planning their wedding, ‘til charmer Reginald Rake stirs things up. Can Harry proves he’s no straw man and win Betty back? The second adaptation features Janet Smed and Bill Smoo who fall in love and run away together, while their warring families must join forces to track them down. No short straws with these colourful animations, plus some fun crafts after the show in IFI Foyer.
