Capturing the remarkable love stories of three Deaf couples: a decades-long forbidden romance across a religious divide, a same-sex couple navigating parenthood with Deaf and hearing children, and a Deaf boxer and his hearing partner facing a life-altering choice, this multi-award winning film is Ireland’s first Irish Sign Language feature, produced by a Deaf and hearing team and directed by Garry Keane (In the Shadow of Beirut, GAZA).

The opening night screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Garry Keane and producers Anne Heffernan and Seán Herlihy, hosted by playwright and actor Shane O’Reilly, who is a CODA. The event will be live captioned and signed by ISL interpreters.
