In this debut feature from screenwriter Victor Rodenbach (Call My Agent!), respected playwright Nora (Vimala Pons) lives with her lover, actor Henri (William Lebghil). Nora is completing a new version of Chekhov’s Ivanov with Henri in the title role, when Henri lands his first leading role in a film. His hectic schedule, with constant trips between filming and rehearsals, puts their bond to the test. A romantic comedy full of emotion sees these two endearing characters navigate the complexities of life and creative relationships, suggesting that we are never closer to the truth than when we are performing.
