As autumn creeps in, it’s time to snuggle down with some favourite stories and none better than these gorgeous animations of the much-loved picture books by Julia Donaldson and Alex Scheffler.
The award-winning Magic Light Pictures create an imaginative and playful world for the fierce Gruffalo, and the woodland band of little brown mouse, owl, fox and snake who cunningly outwit him down in the deep, dark wood. Following these first adventures, we continue with the story of a little Gruffalo, who ignores Daddy’s warnings and goes out into the snow in search of Big Brown Mouse. Robbie Coltrane gives Gruffalo sufficient growl, while Helena Bonham Carter, Shirley Henderson and others add memorable voices to these classic tales.
Tickets: €5.00 per person, €15.00 family ticket (2 adults + 2 children, 1 adult + 3 children). Age Recommendation: 4+.
