Golden Globe Nominees Coming Soon to the IFI – Manchester by the Sea, Loving, Moonight and more

Awards season is upon us up and the gongs are coming thick and fast for the most celebrated films of the year.

One of the biggest shows of the season is the Golden Globes, which airs on 8th of January 2017. The stars will be out in force for the glitzy affair, with a huge number of awards to be handed out. The energetic Jimmy Fallon will be the host, and coverage starts at 1am on the 9th of January, Irish time – if you want to stay up extremely late!

As usual there are a few films which are vying for plenty of major awards, and many are titles that we’re yet to see on these shores. We don’t have long to wait though, with the likes of La La Land, Manchester by the Sea, Jackie, Loving, Fences and Moonlight all on the way in the next few weeks.
