Limerick-based Fresh Film Festival promotes the work of young filmmakers under the age of 18 years. Hundreds of young filmmakers from all over Ireland enter the Fresh Film Festival in the hope of winning the title of Ireland’s Young Filmmaker of the Year and every year some of these films are showcased at festivals and events all over the world. This showcase of a selection of 2016 winners highlights the best of young people’s filmmaking in Ireland. During the event you’ll also have the chance to hear from the award-winning filmmakers and participate in a Q&A session.
