Polish jazz band Miłość formed in 1988, and, over the next 14 years, they built up a large following with their mixture of avant-garde influenced free jazz and a healthy dose of punk. Their eclecticism gave birth to a new form of music, yass, which added elements of techno and folk to the mix. The group split following the suicide of their drummer, but decided to reform nearly a decade later, and it is this which forms the spine of this fine documentary.

Mixing archive footage with that of a group whose enthusiasm is slowly dwindling makes for compelling viewing.
