In this hilarious English-language animation, best friends Fox and Hare set out to find Owl, who has gone missing, while ruthless rats are threatening the neighbourhood. Searching in the forest, they come across a huge lake that’s ready to overflow. It’s a race against time to find Owl and stop the flood, in this madcap, English language adventure with a strong environmental theme.

IFI Age Recommendation: 4+

OPENING EVENT:

Come early at 5:15pm to celebrate the opening of our Festival in the IFI  Foyer, on IFI Terrace and outside in Meeting House Square. Join in fun, hare-raising activities with artist Orla Mellon, who will show you how to build and test your own mini-raft, or create a splatter nature painting for our wall. RTÉ Bush Kids Presenter Tom Bán will demonstrate some survival skills on Meeting House Square, while Irish Wildlife Trust will be on hand to answer all your nature queries and discover animals hidden in old coins with the National Museum of Ireland Education Team.

A ticket to the opening film screening of Fox & Hare Save The Forest is required to attend this event.

Please Note: Meeting House Square is uncovered, please dress for weather!
