The May Film Tour, organised by access>CINEMA and the Irish Film Institute to coincide with the Bealtaine Festival, is back! This year’s film is Military Wives, a joyous celebration of singing and community, starring Sharon Horgan and Kristin Scott Thomas. Director Peter Cattaneo (The Full Monty) allows the warmth and camaraderie of the women to shine through as they find companionship, while their menfolk are away at war, through the transformative art of community singing.
