Beautifully shot on locations in Ireland, France, Switzerland and the USA, and set to Irish jazz music, this is an intimate documentary about the relationship between film director Niall McKay and his jazz musician father. An absorbing and very moving story emerges as father and son recall the events of Niall’s childhood thirty years ago, his parents’ separation and his mother’s depression, alcoholism and tragic death.
