Katarzyna Priwieziencew’s deceptively simple film follows six women at different stages of their lives as each strives for fulfilment. Among them: Magda (Marta Nieradkiewicz), who is eager to resume the career she put on hold for her children; teacher Basia (Marta Scislowicz), who must contend with colleague and friend-with-benefits Kuba (Konrad Eleryk) pressuring her for a more conventional relationship; Krystyna (Hanna Śleszyńska), who desperately wants to put the spark back in her marriage; and content creator Julia (Kamila Urzędowska, Chłopi), struggling with the constant pressure to reach greater levels of beauty. The experiences of these women make for a funny, touching, and emotionally rewarding piece.
