Documentary filmmaker Norman (Jared Rogers) hopes that his big break will come from embedding himself with an aspiring serial killer and his fledgling ‘family’. However, the killer’s inability to actually kill, while group members are more proactive, causes complications in this entertaining riff on films such as Man Bites Dog.
