ECO-UNESCO went on a hunt recently for a great young photographer, capturing the theme of Nature in the City.
The competition was held in conjunction with the Irish Film Institute, and the wonderful prize was a FREE Family Green Trail of Dublin City with ECO-UNESCO!
This was the challenge: What sort of nature can you find in your city? Take a close look around you – can you find a plant growing sneakily between stones on the side of a building? What about the little bird perching on top of the post-box?
Some of the best entries were displayed at the IFI during our special We’re Going on a Bear Hunt event during Family Festival 2017 and now the final winner has been confirmed.
The prize of a FREE Family Green Trail of Dublin City is… Xue Dong from New York State, USA!
Congratulations!
