An enchanting live action version of the much-loved book and animation. Laura’s unhappy when her family move to the big city until one night she sees a small star fall to the park nearby. The star has a broken point, Laura patches up her new friend and they start going on magical adventures. Soon, however, she realises the star is missing home too. Together with her brother and the boy next door, they set about getting the star back into space again.
